Grant is originally a South Island lad who obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture & Forestry from Lincoln University. He then went on to spend the next 15 years of his working career supporting farmers in Canterbury and Top of the South via Ravensdown, Fonterra, FMG and ANZ, working with small mum and dad operations through to corporates.
For the past 5 years he has delved into wine, forestry and pest control leaving Vector Free Marlborough to return to his passion of working with farmers.
Grant now lives in Taupo with his wife (originally a Waikato girl so wanted to return home) and his other passions are his dog and his mountain bike.
With over 25 years of experience in operations and production within the Dairy industry, my journey began with Anchor, later Fonterra. The bulk of my career was dedicated to the Hautapu site in Cambridge, where I honed my skills and expertise.
In October 2023, I embarked on a new chapter as the Operations Manager at SealesWinslow’s Morrinsville site. Here, I continue to leverage my skills to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
At the heart of my approach is a commitment to building strong teams. I firmly believe in the power of engagement and strive to create a workplace where every individual feels valued and supported, like part of a family.
Outside of work, my family and I call Cambridge home, where we cherish the community and the quality of life it offers.

Peta Hamilton
I was born and bred in Whanganui and grew up on a sheep and beef farm. I have had a passion for farming from a young age. After meeting my husband, Andy, and following him around New Zealand as he chased the high-country sheep and beef farming dream in the South Island, I decided to throw myself into relief milking, calf rearing, and working for LIC, where I found dairy farming really interesting – especially raising quality calves and young stock. I started my journey within the rural retail sector with PGG Wrightson in Lumsden before continuing in the Whanganui PGG Wrightson store after moving back home in 2021.
I have three daughters, Quinn, Honor, and Geva, whom I really enjoy spending time with, whether it be driving around the countryside to different horse events, heading to WOW in Wellington, or spending time at the beach. I am an avid sports fan, especially of Netball and Rugby. I help coach a local school netball team and spend most winters on the sideline watching my daughters play.
I am looking forward to getting out and about on the farm and getting to know farmers within my region.

Warren Tanner
Animal Nutrition TSR – Franklin, North West Waikato
Having grown up on a dairy farm in the South Kaipara region, I have always held an interest in and affinity for farming. I’ve been in Ag sales since 1990, with a couple of short stints outside of it in other industries, but I always find myself drawn back to agriculture – mostly because farmers are a unique bunch to work with. You can still do business on a handshake in many cases, and there’s something special about building a relationship to the level where you’re invited into their homes.
I moved to the Waikato in 2003 and have been here ever since. Over the years, I’ve worked for companies selling a diverse range of products, from ag chemicals to electric fencing, cattle weighing equipment and technology, milk replacers, and related products. I’ve also spent time in the sheep milking industry as a Milk Supply Manager, overseeing some farms from an operational standpoint.
I’m motivated by learning and increasing my knowledge base, but mostly by helping farmers improve their businesses by boosting profitability and, most importantly, ensuring long-term sustainability – animal nutrition being an essential part of that puzzle.
