1. Raw materials
Nutrients are locked inside the hard outer coating of raw ingredients.
2. Grinding
Grinding process breaks down the hard outer coating and increases the surface area for microbial digestion.
3. Mixing
All products are made in one tonne lots, to ensure accurate mixing of all ingredients, including minerals and additives.
4. Heating
Steam and molasses are added for moisture to begin gelatinisation.
5. Pressed
Ground ingredients are pushed through a press to produce a compact, concentrated and consistent pellet which is durable and dust free.
6. Result
A highly digestible energy dense pelleted feed which improves feed conversion efficacy and subsequence performance of stock.
