Grant Jackson
General Manager
Grant has a strong track record in the agri-sector with over 25 years in leadership roles with Miraka, LIC, BNZ and Summit Quinphos. Grant qualified with a Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) from Lincoln University, and has undertaken post graduate studies across leadership and governance, including being a Kellogg Rural Leadership Scholar. Grant and his family reside in Taupo, where he is also a trustee on the local Economic Development Agency. Read Less
Paul Drew
Technical and Quality Manager
Paul is the Technical (Nutrition) and Quality manager for SealesWinslow with over 20 years experience as a multi species animal nutritionist. He holds a M.Sc. specialising in animal nutrition and has held various roles in sales, quality and nutrition for various companies. Paul believes that by being open minded and understanding how the complexities of nutrition can be used to achieve an operations objectives, the optimal welfare, health and profitable solution can be derived. National Sales Manager
Richard started with Seales Winslow in June 2022 following nearly 4 years running the Sales Capability team at Ballance. With a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and 13 years at ANZ, including 5 years in Commercial and Agri-banking Richard is passionate about customer experience and a winning team mentality driving valuable outcomes for our customers. Tyler Stuthridge
National Operations Manager
Tyler was born and bred in Ashburton and having completed his training at local business RX Plastics, Tyler is a qualified engineer. Tyler joined SealesWinslow (Ashburton site) in May 2013 as an engineer and quickly emerged as a natural leader. Tyler became the site Operations Manager in December 2016 and was promoted to Regional Manager in July 2017. Tyler is passionate about running a quality driven site.
