"Natalie has a Diploma in Agriculture which was the building block for a Bachelor in Agriculture Science at Lincoln University. Working for Lincoln University in two different research sectors whilst studying and then full time once graduated, Natalie developed a greater understanding of pasture production and animal nutrition requirements.
With a love of dairy farming and a research background, Natalie joined up with Altum (now Ballance) in 2012 as a Business Extension Specialist. In August 2015 Natalie moved to the animal nutrition side of the Ballance business, SealesWinslow, as Science Extension, North Island."
Before joining SealesWinslow in 2010, Ryan was with Anexa Animal Health. Having worked closely with dairy farmers for almost a decade, Ryan has a good grasp of what it takes to be successful in the dairy industry.
Ryan is passionate about helping local farmers improve the health and performance of their herds in the Matamata, South Waikato and Waihi areas.
“Darryn has a wide range of experience in production and operations roles from a 16 year period at George Weston Foods and Weston Animal Nutrition.
He joined SealesWinslow (Ashburton site) in late 2012 as the Operations Manager and in August 2016, relocated to the North Island as Regional Manager for our central region.
Darryn’s an avid communicator who’s passionate about building a team with a strong customer focus. Darryn and his family live on a small lifestyle block near Whanganui."
“Tyler was born and bred in Ashburton and having completed his training at local business RX Plastics, Tyler is a qualified engineer.
Tyler joined SealesWinslow (Ashburton site) in May 2013 as an engineer and quickly emerged as a natural leader. Tyler became the site Operations Manager in December 2016 and was promoted to Regional Manager in July 2017.
Tyler is passionate about running a quality driven site. When he’s not working, Tyler enjoys motor cross and trail bike riding.”
"Prior to joining SealesWinslow in 2013 Nardia spent 12 years working in the United Kingdom in Banking, Communications and Research and Development departments as a Service Delivery Manager, ensuring that IT related services and customer service desks ran smoothly. Back in New Zealand, Nardia worked in the forestry industry as a project manager.
Nardia has a Masters in Science from Waikato University, majoring in Earth Sciences (Volcanology).
Nardia is passionate about building strong customer services teams and developing processes that mean swift and efficient service to customers."
Bruce has a life long association with farming having attained the top performing supplier to Northland Dairy in the mid 1990’s. As a qualified accountant Bruce spent fifteen years in public practice in Whangarei and a further fifteen years with Ballance more recent taking up the role of Commercial Manager with SealesWinslow.
Bruce attained a MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the University of Waikato in 2010 and has been a qualified accountant for 27 years.
Bruce is very passionate about people and businesses performing to their maximum potential focusing on developing people to drive the best performance from the business ensuring the business is attaining its strategic goals.
Mark comes from a sales and logistics background managing up to 70 staff in a manufacturing plant.
Mark was looking for employment close to home, after him and his wife moved to Morrinsville three years ago. Mark decided that as the parent company of SealesWinslow is Ballance Agri-nutrients, known to be a great place to work, joined the SealesWinslow team as Morrinsville site manager.
Within his first year with SealesWinslow, Mark has been promoted to Regional Manager Northern. He is working towards identifying and developing talent within SealesWinslow. He loves to see people grow and is thoroughly enjoying getting to know and to work with the Morrinsville and wider SealesWinslow teams.
Mark and Maureen have two sons and four grandchildren living in the Waikato area, so not too far to go and visit in their 1938 Chevy Flatback.
Previously a dairy farmer for 28 years, Andrew’s farming ranged from being a Federated Farmer Cadet to equity partnership. Moving away from the farm, Andrew has worked as a store manager and specialist agronomy/nutrition rep.
Andrew has numerous qualifications and brings this learning to the fore with his team and their farming clients, recommending best choices for individual farming needs.

In his spare time and with his partner, day walks and overnight tramping are top of the list. Farming for many years, like his partner, they love getting outside and enjoying the country. He also enjoys riding motorbikes and has recently taken up trials riding. His other passion is music and plays bass Trombone in two brass bands and one jazz band.
