Chris has a wide range of experience in sales, marketing and operations, gained through senior roles with companies including New Zealand Herald, Red Arrow Distribution and Progressive Enterprises.
Chris has lead the company to the position of number one ruminant stock-feed company in New Zealand. As Chief Operating Officer he leads all functions of SealesWinslow operations including its three mills, national sales, quality, and product development.
Chris has a Bachelor of Business and believes in developing his team to their utmost potential.
"Mark is an experienced senior manager, with over 17 years experience in both stock feed and flour mill operations in New Zealand. He has worked over procurement, strategic planning, business turnaround and key account management roles.
Mark is passionate about building teams with a strong customer focus and propelling staff to reach their full potential."
"A ruminant nutritionist, Wendy has over 13 years experience in animal nutrition, including product development, having worked for Nestle Purina Petcare in Europe and ruminant and monogastric animal feed manufacturers in New Zealand. She joined SealesWinslow as a Nutritionist and Quality Manager in March 2013. Wendy is a full member of the New Zealand Association of Ruminant Nutritionists and current treasurer.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Animal Science with honours from the University of Nottingham where she undertook research on dairy cow nutrition and milk composition.
Wendy is passionate about growing calves to perform well in the herd."
"Athol spent 21 years with ANZ Bank as a Career Banker and Senior Lending Manager before forming a business consultancy company, specialising in financial management skills development and training. Athol has been with SealesWinslow since 2009, originally as Chief Financial Officer for Seales Limited before its merger.
Athol has been recognised by the industry as a finalist for the New Zealand CFO of the Year Awards in 2011 and has been inducted to the MYOB Approved Consultants Hall of Fame.
Athol is passionate about building better business through quality information and insight and making companies easy to do business with for the mutual benefit of all parties."
“Darryn has a wide range of experience in production and operations roles from a 16 year period at George Weston Foods and Weston Animal Nutrition.
He joined SealesWinslow (Ashburton site) in late 2012 as the Operations Manager and in August 2016, relocated to the North Island as Regional Manager for our central region.
Darryn’s an avid communicator who’s passionate about building a team with a strong customer focus. Darryn and his family live on a small lifestyle block near Whanganui."
“Tyler was born and bred in Ashburton and having completed his training at local business RX Plastics, Tyler is a qualified engineer.
Tyler joined SealesWinslow (Ashburton site) in May 2013 as an engineer and quickly emerged as a natural leader. Tyler became the site Operations Manager in December 2016 and was promoted to Regional Manager in July 2017.
Tyler is passionate about running a quality driven site. When he’s not working, Tyler enjoys motor cross and trail bike riding.”
"Prior to joining SealesWinslow in 2013 Nardia spent 12 years working in the United Kingdom in Banking, Communications and Research and Development departments as a Service Delivery Manager, ensuring that IT related services and customer service desks ran smoothly. Back in New Zealand, Nardia worked in the forestry industry as a project manager.
Nardia has a Masters in Science from Waikato University, majoring in Earth Sciences (Volcanology).
Nardia is passionate about building strong customer services teams and developing processes that mean swift and efficient service to customers."
